Renata Calvoso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and training, currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Getlabs since February 2022. Prior to this role, Renata spent over 15 years at The Hartford, where responsibilities included serving as a Training and Development Consultant, CALE - The Hartford Way Change Agent, CALE - Auto/Prop Performance Analytics Consultant, Auto Team Leader, Property Claim Adjuster, and Auto Claims Adjuster. Renata holds a degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, completed between 2003 and 2008, and has also pursued education at Objetivo São Paulo.
