Daren Distefano

Daren DiStefano is a Senior Software Engineer and Product Configuration Engineer at Getman Corporation, where responsibilities include leading projects to design custom machines, modeling components in SolidWorks, sourcing parts, analyzing models for robustness, and supporting manufacturing. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at Western Michigan University, where Daren designed and built a test bench to simulate damage on armored tank tracks and analyzed data. Daren holds a Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Western Michigan University.
