Sjoerd Nikkelen

Sjoerd Nikkelen is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture partner with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. As Co-Founder of MoPhones since April 2023 and a Venture Partner at Dutch Founders Fund since May 2022, Sjoerd Nikkelen actively contributes to the startup ecosystem. Recent board memberships include NorthLadder and Getmobil, alongside prior roles at Cashify and Dubizzle Group. Sjoerd Nikkelen served as General Manager for OLX Group in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa from February 2014 to April 2023, and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at dubizzle from March 2019 to May 2020. Academic credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MSc from Delft University of Technology.
