Alex Mulfinger

Alex Mulfinger has over 14 years of professional work experience in software engineering. Alex began their career in 2007 as a Software Engineer III at SRI International, where they worked as an integrator and liaison for multiple academic subcontractors on a large scale natural language processing system. In 2014, they joined FireEye, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for the design and implementation of their HA, multi-tenant cluster and AWS Data Pipeline. In 2018, they were promoted to Technical Lead at Vanguard, and in 2021 they were promoted again to Senior Engineer at Picnic Corporation.

Alex Mulfinger obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Pennsylvania State University - The Behrend College in 2007. In 2018, they obtained two certifications from Amazon Web Services, the AWS Certified Developer - Associate and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
