Karen Akoto

Karen Akoto is the Global Head of People at Prospa, a role held since September 2020, following experience as an HR Manager. Prior to Prospa, Karen served as Office Manager at Hullabalook, a tech company focused on enhancing online retail experience, from October 2019 to September 2020, where operations were optimised for a vibrant work environment. Additional project management experience includes time at Colour Me Digital, a Sports Marketing Agency, and Genesis Impact, a charity aimed at empowering communities, where project lifecycles were managed from planning through to evaluation. Karen Akoto holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Sociology from Kingston University, obtained in 2013.
