Elyse Lance

Elyse Lance has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elyse currently holds the position of Senior Manager Business Operations at GetScale (Formerly GetSales), where they are responsible for overseeing business operations. Prior to this role, they worked as a Business Operations Manager at the same company.

Before joining GetScale, Elyse worked at Mechanical Integration, Inc. as a Program Manager. In this role, they managed products for various vehicle platforms, handling logistics, manufacturability, and product development. Elyse was also responsible for program planning and ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards.

Earlier in their career, Elyse worked as a Systems Account Manager at Trane, where they cultivated relationships with key stakeholders and drove sales of commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Elyse successfully grew their account portfolio and ensured customer satisfaction by meeting their specific needs and requirements.

Elyse gained valuable experience as an Operations Intern at PRS Guitars, where they analyzed and improved the manufacturing process for the S2 guitar line. Elyse also worked as a Process Engineering Intern at Sherwin-Williams, implementing lean techniques and executing a Kaizen project to enhance the shipping and receiving process at the plant.

Furthermore, Elyse held leadership roles during their undergraduate years, serving as the Vice President of Event Planning for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women. In this position, they organized social and philanthropic events, managed budgets, and ensured adherence to risk management policies. Elyse also worked as a Research Assistant at LIMBS Laboratory, collecting data for experiments and conducting statistical analysis. Additionally, they gained experience as an Assistant at IronForge Systems, assisting with the design and installation of security systems.

Elyse Lance completed their high school education at The Woodlands High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Later, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University from 2013 to 2017.
