Richard Upshall

Richard Upshall started their work experience in 2011 at Colten Care, where they held various roles including Waiter, Activities Organiser, Guest Services Coordinator, Customer Advisor, Business Systems Support, Systems Business Partner, and Business Application Manager. In 2021, they joined Sona as the Head of Product, where they are responsible for transforming how health and social care staff manage their work and engage with their employer using technology.

Richard Upshall earned a Bachelor's degree in Digital and Technology Solutions from The Open University between 2017 and 2021.
