Hila Dvash

Hila Dvash is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance at Gett since November 2021. Prior to this role, Hila held the position of Financial Controller at BLender | Loans Between People, where responsibilities included leading the finance department, managing group bookkeeping and payroll, and spearheading the company's IPO. Hila's career also includes experience as a Credit Analyst at Bank Hapoalim and as a Senior Associate at Deloitte, where a strong background in auditing for diverse industries was established. Hila commenced the career in finance at Gindi Holdings Ltd. as a Marketing Office Manager and Collection Officer. Hila holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between 2011 and 2014.
