Katherine Leith (née Bush)

Katherine Leith (née Bush) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katherine is currently the Head of Global Business Operations & Performance at Timely, a position they assumed in November 2022. Before that, they worked at BT from 2013 to 2022, holding several leadership roles such as Head of Commercial Transformation, Head of Retention, Head of Pricing and Regulatory, and Senior Propositions Manager. Katherine was responsible for driving revenue growth, reducing churn, managing customer base trading, and overseeing regulatory campaigns. Prior to BT, Katherine worked at SparkDigital as a Product Marketing Manager and Internal Communications Manager from 2010 to 2012. Katherine also participated in the Graduate Leadership Development Programme at Spark New Zealand from 2009 to 2011. Katherine began their career at the University of Otago as the International Mentor Programme Co-ordinator from 2007 to 2008. Throughout their career, Katherine has demonstrated their expertise in strategic planning, customer retention, pricing, and team management.

Katherine Leith (née Bush) began their education at the University of Otago in 2005. Katherine pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English. Their studies continued at the University of Otago until 2008. In 2007, they also attended Queen's University for a brief period, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) specializing in Marketing.
