Ken Mainardis

Ken Mainardis serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Content at Getty Images, a position held since June 2004. In this role, Ken oversees all content divisions, managing a portfolio of over 300 million pieces and coverage of more than 160,000 editorial events annually. Previously, Ken held roles including Senior Vice President of Editorial and Vice President of Global Sport and Entertainment, where responsibilities included business ownership of global editorial content and maintaining Getty Images' leadership in editorial licensing. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Reuters News Agency, with extensive involvement in major global sporting events since 1996. Ken holds a degree in Journalism from Liverpool John Moores University.
