Maribel Dato

Maribel Dato is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the visual content industry. Currently serving as Sales Director for Latin America at Getty Images since December 2015, Maribel leads sales efforts and works closely with top media and fashion corporations to develop strategic business plans and maintain key accounts. Previously, Maribel held various positions, including Key Accounts Manager at Getty Images, Producer at Bankers Life, Media Licensing Director at 500px, and Corporate Syndication Manager at American Media Inc. Maribel's early career includes roles at PR Photos, WireImage, and Fallon McElligot/DUFFY DESIGN. Maribel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Purchase College, SUNY, and has earned associate degrees in Graphic Design and Advertising Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and Parsons School of Design, respectively.
