Ben Apple is an experienced professional in construction project management and real estate development, currently serving as a Consultant at Proactive Building Solutions and as a Partner at Capital Street Advisors. With a background that includes advisory roles at Acquire and self-employment since 2018, Ben has successfully delivered over $500 million in completed projects, including a high-profile casino expansion and a food hall market expansion. Previous experience includes significant contributions to a family office, where deal analysis and land value enhancement were pivotal, as well as co-founding a co-working space in Shanghai. Ben holds a Business Administration degree from the College of Charleston and a Master's in Economics in Applied Finance from Xiamen University.
