Fiona Perchet has worked in the field of project developments since 2008. Fiona began their career as a Stagiaire at Arte Charpentier, where they studied the group's strategy in China and South East Asia, and participated in the development of projects for various competitions. In 2010, they took on a Stagiaire and CDD role at AREP, where they worked on the Agora exhibition in Bordeaux and the Grand Paris project. In 2011, they became Responsable de Programmes at Interconstruction, where they managed housing operations in the V. E. F. framework. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at ALTAREA COGEDIM, first as Responsable Innovation, where they worked with operational promotion teams to develop new ways of living and applied them to dedicated operations, and then as Responsable de Programmes Nouveaux quartiers, where they managed a multi-product operation of 60,000m2 SDP in Sevran. In 2018, they joined NHOOD France as Asset Manager and Leader Aménagement et Promotion IDF. Finally, in 2023 they became Head of Project Developments at Urban Campus.
Fiona Perchet's education history includes a Mastère Spécialisé in Management Urbain, Immobilier from ESSEC Business School (2010-2011), a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) in Urban Design from UCL (2008-2009), a Master1 in Urbanisme, aménagement communautaire et régional from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne (2007-2008), and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography Urban Studies, Art history and Mathematics from McGill University (2004-2007).
