Katie Feige

Katie Feige has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Katie began their career as a Program Manager at the National Motor Freight Traffic Association, Inc. in 2006, and later transitioned to a Mathematics Teacher role at Fairfax County Public Schools from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they joined CACI International Inc as a Finance Business Partner until 2013. Following that, they worked at the American Red Cross, initially as a Senior Analyst and later as a Manager in Finance Business Partner roles from 2013 to 2018. Katie then moved to Capital One and held several HR Business Partner positions, including Senior Manager, Director, and Lead HR Business Partner. Most recently, Katie joined Upside in 2022 as a Senior Principal HR Business Partner.

Katie Feige holds a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Katie also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. In addition to their formal education, Katie has obtained certifications in Social Media Analytics from Klear - Influencer Marketing Platform, User Experience Testing from UserTesting, and Oracle Certified Expert in Hyperion Essbase 7.1.2 Consultant from Oracle.
