Brett White

Brett White is the current interim CEO, COO, and President at Weave. Brett has also previously worked as the CFO for California Polytechnic State University, MINDBODY, Inc., and Meru Networks. At MINDBODY, they were responsible for finance, accounting, real estate, IT, investor relations, and data science. Brett took the company public in 2015 and sold it to private equity in 2019. Brett also raised equity and debt capital in private and public markets and executed multiple acquisitions. At Meru Networks, they were responsible for finance and administration (finance, accounting, legal, IT, investor relations). Brett upgraded private company bookkeeping function to public company accounting and reporting organization with new leadership. Brett also implemented tier 1 enterprise application infrastructure (Oracle, Salesforce.com, Concur) and Sarbanes Oxley controls. Brett built financial planning, legal and investor relations functions from scratch. Brett restructured the company for profitability in 2009. Brett raised Series E financing and led IPO in March 2010. Brett was also the primary interface to Wall Street with 9 covering sell side analysts. Brett was voted finalist for Silicon Valley's CFO of the Year in 2010.

Brett White has a BA in Business Economics with Honors and an Accounting Emphasis from UC Santa Barbara. Brett also went to Menlo School.
