Mcc Dan Brown

Dan Brown, MCC, serves as the Executive Director and Board Chair at Coaching for Social Justice since July 2021, leading a non-profit organization focused on enhancing leadership coaching to promote social progress and advance diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging. In addition, Dan has been an Executive Coach at American University since January 2013, preparing federal agency executives for Senior Executive Service positions. From September 2011 to July 2024, Dan held the position of Principal at Xponential Coaching & Consulting, providing leadership development and team coaching within federal government, private industry, and the non-profit sector. Prior experience includes partnership at UCG from 1983 to 2011, where Dan contributed to the growth of a top B2B media company by advising on strategy and managing multiple business units. Dan holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Maryland.
