Patrick Gorman

Patrick Gorman has a diverse work experience in various industries.

Patrick started their career at Victim Support as a Witness Service Volunteer from February 2012 to November 2012.

Later, they worked at Legal & General as an Enhanced Annuities Analyst from October 2012 to June 2013, where they analyzed customer applications and managed complaints.

Patrick then joined the Ministry of Justice UK as a Senior Court Clerk from July 2013 to February 2015. In this role, they managed team workload, handled casework, and acted as a liaison between complainants, legal representatives, and judiciary during tribunal processes.

Patrick joined the Patrick'sMajesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) in 2015 and held multiple roles. From February 2015 to January 2016, they served as a Data Analyst, where they interpreted and visualized management information for strategic decision-making. From November 2017 to January 2018, they worked as a Data Analyst embedded within the Home Office/HMPPS Joint Extremism Unit, developing data management tools for prisoner monitoring. From January 2016 to April 2019, they served as a Programme Communications and Stakeholder Manager, where they were responsible for producing communications products for the Prison Estate Transformation Programme and ensuring compliance with the Freedom of Information Act.

Currently, Patrick works at GetYourGuide, where they have held two roles. Patrick started as a Scaled Operations Specialist in October 2019, responsible for guaranteeing product supply and managing inventory. Patrick then transitioned to the role of Senior Supply Operations Specialist in August 2022. In this role, they provide project management, develops and manages solutions at scale, and leverages data to identify and resolve weaknesses in workflows involving multiple departments. Patrick is also involved in forecasting, interviewing and onboarding new team members, and developing reports for project checkpoints.

Patrick Gorman pursued their higher education from 2006 to 2009 at the University of Wales, Cardiff. During this period, they focused on Sociology and Criminology, with a specific emphasis on Crime analysis as their chosen field of study.
