Dr. Andreas Fritsche has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dr. Andreas is currently the Head of Technical Competence Center at Getzner, where they are responsible for the development and realignment of the Tech. Center in terms of top-notch technology in machinery and manufacturing technologies of high-performance polyurethane products. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Senior Project Manager at Getzner, where they had technical and financial responsibility for the engineering, implementation, start-up, and steady production of core production facilities.
Before joining Getzner, Dr. Fritsche served as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at Comvat AG, where they were responsible for the technical procurement of custom engineered laser welding machines for bellows manufacturing, as well as growth strategies, OEE improvement, and research and development. Dr. Andreas also worked as a Process Engineer at Comvat AG.
Earlier in their career, Dr. Fritsche gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at frigo Zerspanungstechnik GmbH. Dr. Andreas started their professional journey as a Tool Grinding Apprentice at VPW Werkzeugservice GmbH & Co KG, followed by a role in Sales and Storage at EHG STAHL.METALL.
