Malathi Rangan began their work experience in 2002 at Standard Chartered Bank, where they worked as an Assistant Customer Service Manager for nearly 20 years until April 2022. In April 2022, they joined Geval6 Inc as an Executive in Talent Management & Employee Welfare.
Malathi Rangan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Home from Queen Mary's College between 1980 and 1983. In 1986, they attended Bhavans College and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in PR & Advertising. During their time at Bhavans College, they focused on developing skills in public speaking, management techniques, advertisement, marketing, and sales.
