Stefan Dahl has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Stefan started their career at Daimler in 1999 as a working student, later transitioning to roles as a quality engineer and technology development coordinator. In 2005, they became the general manager at NSM GmbH. In 2007, they joined Georg Fischer Automotive AG as a project manager and then progressed to become the head of logistics and strategic controlling. From 2013 to 2020, Stefan worked at GF Machining Solutions, where they held positions as the head of strategic planning, head of additive manufacturing, and head of advanced manufacturing. Currently, they serve as the chief operating officer at GF Machining Solutions.

From 1999 to 2002, they attended DHBW Mannheim and obtained a Dipl. Ing. (BA) degree in Production Engineering.
In 2010 to 2012, they pursued further education at the University of St.Gallen MBA and completed a Global Executive MBA program in General Management.
During the same time, from 2010 to 2012, they also attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and obtained an MBA degree in General Management.
