Mike Gleason has a wealth of experience in the tech industry, starting with their role as a System Technician at Affiliate Computer Service in 2007. In this role, they provided technical assistance via telephone and email, managed system backups, and kept anti-virus packages and MS patches up to date. Mike also held the position of Customer Care Assistant, where they had over a year of experience with the CVS Extra-care Customer Service program and took calls that were escalated to supervisor level.
In 2005, Mike worked as a Sales Associate and KeyHolder at Hottopic, where they were responsible for inventory, hiring for seasonal and new employee positions, and issuing and following up on disciplinary actions.
In 2010, Mike worked as an ITSD Helpdesk for Verizon Internal and Commercial Accounts at Siwel Consulting.
Finally, from 2011 to present, Mike has been employed at GFI Software, where they have held the roles of Product Manager, Technical Support Manager, Technical Support Supervisor, and Enterprise Business Technical Support.
Mike Gleason attended the University of Southern Maine from 2006 to 2007, studying Computer Science. Mike also took additional courses in Computer Science at the University of Southern Maine without completing a degree.
