Chad Cleveland

Chad Cleveland is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Operations at GH Phipps Construction Companies since December 2017, Chad previously held the role of Project Executive at Catamount Constructors, where responsibilities included overseeing the Healthcare Division and managing preconstruction and operations. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President at RJM Construction, focusing on project management and team development, and several roles at GH Phipps Construction Companies, including Manager of Special Projects. Chad also worked as a Construction Administrator at OLC and was the Proprietor of Lake Placid Pub & Brewery, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills. Chad holds a BA in American Studies from Williams College.
