Gary Constant

Gary joined GH Phipps in January 1988 as an Estimator. In his 29 years at Phipps he has handled some of their most challenging and significant projects, many of them constructed through design-build and fast-tracked delivery. Gary has held the positions of Preconstruction Manager, Director of Preconstruction, Project Manager, Director of Business Development, Owner Contracts Administrator, Project Executive, and Trustee.

His project experience spans all forms of K-12 and higher education, institutional, and healthcare including the new Children’s Hospital Colorado, high tech, telecom, wafer fab, clean rooms, laboratories, corporate office and research, manufacturing, federal and state buildings, and religious facilities.
