Mike Eads

Mike Eads is an experienced construction management professional with a strong focus on concrete operations. Currently serving as the Concrete Operations Manager at GH Phipps Construction Companies since June 2015, Mike Eads collaborates with project teams to ensure effective planning, execution, and financial monitoring of commercial construction projects. Previous roles include Senior Concrete Project Manager and Concrete Project Manager, where Mike Eads managed and estimated concrete projects, executed contracts, and coordinated logistics. Mike Eads has also held leadership positions such as President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the American Concrete Institute and Production Supervisor at Rocky Mountain Prestress. Mike Eads holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
