Kofi Oteng - Mensah Martinson

Kofi Oteng - Mensah Martinson is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience at the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority since January 2015. Previously, Kofi served as a Ports Operations Officer at Glabal Marine Consulting from January 2017 to March 2018. Kofi holds a Master of Arts in Shipping and International Trade from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), completed in December 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Ports and Shipping Administration from the Regional Maritime University, obtained in 2014. Kofi's educational background also includes studies at St. Augustine's College in Cape Coast from 2006 to 2009.
