Jayesh Shah

Mr. Jayesh P. Shah, Vice President – Industrial Relations is responsible for all matters related to social wellbeing of employees and workers. Mr. Shah joined GHCL in April 2012 as VP at Industrial Relations. He has been responsible for strategic policy formation for a proactive IR and overall statutory compliance regarding various HR policies and issues. Mr. Jayesh P Shah has a Master’s Degree in Social Welfare and expertise in handling difficult situations which stems from his rich experience in IR.
