Jessica Paddock Janney

Jessica Paddock Janney is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil and environmental engineering. Currently working at GHD since June 2006, Jessica specializes in infrastructure, stormwater improvements, grant development, permitting, environmental assessments, and planning and remediation in Hyannis, MA. Prior to this role, Jessica served as an analyst at the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center from November 2000 to August 2005, contributing to the USEPA's Libby, Montana Asbestos Superfund Project. Jessica began their career as an underwriter at Chubb Insurance from September 1999 to May 2000, focusing on excess and umbrella policies. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
