Samantha Keulmann

Samantha Keulmann, P.E. is a Project Engineer at GHD since July 2015, specializing in construction management and process mechanical design for water and wastewater projects for municipal clients. Significant contributions include the development of contract specifications, design drawings, technical reports, cost estimates, and conducting claim and schedule analysis. Prior to this role, Samantha served as a Research Assistant at the University of Delaware from June 2014 to May 2015, focusing on toxicity and bioconcentration factor experiments. Additionally, a summer internship at Chester County Health in 2013 involved using GPS software for environmental monitoring and gaining practical insights into sewage systems.
