Nicole R. has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nicole co-founded Ghost Agency in 2022, which is the first fully women-owned TikTok Shop Partner in the United States. Nicole also worked as the Head of Social at buywith from July 2022 to February 2023.
Prior to that, Nicole held the position of Head of Livestreaming at LiveCraft, where they oversaw the company's global expansion and growth. Nicole launched the company's Los Angeles headquarters and production studio, managed their entry into London, built a talent roster for livestreaming, and secured a partnership with TikTok to become one of the few TikTok Shop Partners worldwide. Earlier in their career, Nicole was a Partner at YouNow, Inc. from May 2014 to November 2018, and they participated in an influencer campaign at The Coca-Cola Company in November 2016.
Nicole R. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
