Sagar Gupta

Sagar Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Sagar started their career as a Backend Engineer at YesPark in 2015. Sagar then worked at Amadeus IT Group as a Machine Learning Engineer, where they designed and prototyped a specialized NLP system and developed a data pipeline using Python and rabbitMQ. In 2017, they joined Chimpy as the Chief Technology Officer and later took on the role of Lead Software Engineer. During their time at Chimpy, they had key contributions in managing the technology aspect of the company. From 2013 to 2017, Sagar worked as a Full-Stack Engineer at an undisclosed company. Sagar successfully developed core products for a business intelligence startup, designed and developed a search engine for a car reselling business, and redesigned a website for a web consulting company. Currently, Sagar is working at Ghost as a Senior Product Engineer, starting from March 2023. Overall, Sagar has gained expertise in various areas of software engineering, machine learning, and product development throughout their career.

Sagar Gupta completed their education at three different institutions. Sagar attended Lycée Montesquieu from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a French Baccalauréat degree. Later, from 2011 to 2016, they studied at Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Science. In 2014, they briefly attended École de technologie supérieure for Computer Science but did not pursue a specific degree.
