Amy Han

Amy Han is a Principal at ghSMART. She advises corporate clients and investors on their most pressing leadership challenges, including leadership development, talent assessment, and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Amy was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group in the Chicago office where she worked for 11 years with CEOs and senior leaders of the world’s top firms on topics including strategy, large-scale transformations and organizational design. As a core member of the People and Organizations practice, she led multiple workplace transformations through complex, large-scale change, with a focus on organization, operating model, and culture. She’s highly experienced in working collaboratively to develop the right people strategy and retaining top talent. In addition, Amy is passionate about coaching and development, serving as a mentorship lead and creating a positive and inclusive working environment.

Amy was an Angier B. Duke scholar at Duke University and holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
