Anoosha Reddy

Anoosha Reddy is a Principal at ghSMART. She works with private equity investors, hedge fund managers and corporate leaders on their most significant leadership priorities, including leadership assessment, development and coaching, top team effectiveness and organizational change.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Anoosha was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group in the US, where she supported both private (with a focus on retail and consumer) and public sector clients on strategy topics. She worked closely with senior leaders on topics such as operating model development, growth strategy, digitization, cost optimization and partnership strategy. Outside of client engagements, Anoosha was also actively involved in internal recruiting and mentorship initiatives.

Prior to Boston Consulting Group, Anoosha worked in Debt Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, supporting investment grade corporate clients on all aspects of their debt financing needs.

Anoosha holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Dartmouth College.
