Ashley Reid Brown

Ashley Reid Brown, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, human resources, and political analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Principal at ghSMART since March 2021, Ashley has previously held prominent roles, including Professional Development Manager at McKinsey & Company, and People Operations HR Business Partner at Google. Ashley's early career includes positions as a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company, Political Psychology Instructor and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, and an Economic and Political Analyst within the US Intelligence Community. Ashley holds a Joint PhD in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College.
