Elizabeth Hubbard

Elizabeth Hubbard is a Principal at ghSMART, where she advises clients on their most pressing leadership priorities around executive talent assessment, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Elizabeth was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she served healthcare clients on topics across strategy and corporate finance, restructuring and transformation, and organizational effectiveness. In addition to her client work, Elizabeth spent time in a rotational role on the North America Experience Team, where she coached leaders/teams and led initiatives in the people space, as part of McKinsey’s internal effort focused on team effectiveness.

Elizabeth has an MBA in Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the College of William & Mary. She lives in Chicago.
