Jeff Mclean

Jeffrey McLean served in various roles within the US Navy, including as a test pilot and F/A-18F pilot. Jeffrey also worked at The Cordish Companies and The White House before becoming the President of ghSMART, where Jeffrey advises leaders on executive team selection and development, CEO succession, M&A diligence, and organizational change initiatives. Jeffrey holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and has a background in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
