Kathleen Sather

Kathleen Sather is an EA Experience Professional Development Manager and Executive Assistant at ghSMART.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Kathleen worked as an Executive Assistant with The Boston Consulting Group, supporting former c-level and other top executives through BCG’s Senior Advisor Program. Prior to BCG, Kathleen worked in the financial services industry at Northwestern Mutual Financial Services Company, supporting a firm’s Managing Partner.

Kathleen holds a B.S. in Education from Northern Illinois University. She resides in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and three children.
