Laura Boan

Laura Boan is an Executive Assistant at ghSMART. She is responsible for providing support to the firm’s Chief People Officer. Her work encompasses client support, project management, and logistics.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Laura worked for nearly 14 years with Partners and Senior Partners at The Boston Consulting Group in Atlanta and worked closely with all top level executives inside the firm as well as many executives in various industries. While at BCG, she assisted in the planning of many large corporate events and found a passion for onboarding and training new hires. Prior to joining BCG, Laura worked in the banking industry at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta and First Tennessee Bank in Knoxville, TN.

Laura earned a BSBA in Finance from Tennessee Technological University. She lives in Fernandina Beach, FL with her husband, Chad, their son Parker, and her two adorable Miniature Schnauzers Wallace and Josephine. She is an avid University of Tennessee sports fan, loves to build Lego sets, and enjoys taking her Jeep to the beach.
