Laura DeNatale

Laura is a Professional Development Manager at ghSMART, providing high touch coaching and development for consultants.

Prior to joining ghSMART, Laura led her own coaching practice, partnering with ambitious leaders to advance their careers and unlock new leadership potential. Her areas of coaching expertise lie in leadership development, career progression, managing burnout, quieting the inner critic, emotional health and systems development.

Before building her practice, Laura was at Prophet as the Director of Global Client Delivery, where she led the Global Resourcing function and played an integral role in optimizing the professional development of consultants across all levels. She was an active member of the Manager and Partner Development Teams, and coached leaders on how to improve performance, navigate transitions and step confidently into new leadership roles. Laura also brings deep industry knowledge from years of consulting experience at Prophet and Sterling Brands.

Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Art History from Middlebury College. She is a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and has earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through International Coaching Federation. Originally from California, Laura currently resides in Long Island, New York with her husband and two boys.
