Sanja Kos

Sanja Kos is a Partner at ghSMART. She supports private equity and corporate clients in the areas of management assessment, leadership development and organizational change.

Prior to ghSMART, Sanja was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. Throughout 7 years at the firm, she advised global Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and healthcare sectors. As a leader in the Healthcare Practice, Sanja served health insurance companies on a variety of topics, ranging from sales strategy to service operations transformations. Sanja was also selected for McKinsey’s Social Sector Fellowship Program, where she spent twelve months based out of Dubai and São Paulo in addition to her home offices in Zagreb and New York, advising not-for-profit clients. Beyond her client work, Sanja was a recruiting leader for McKinsey’s Northeast offices and part of the firm’s Recruiting Advisory Board. She had an active role in candidate assessment, training, and coaching, in addition to conducting Firm Learning programs and leading the People Agenda for the Healthcare practice in North America.

Sanja has an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb.
