Jim Racine

Jim Racine is an experienced business development manager with a strong track record in sales and marketing within the sensors and mechatronics industry. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at GHSP since November 2020, Jim previously held significant leadership roles at CTS Corporation, where responsibilities included global sales management for a $300M division and directing North American sales strategies. Earlier experiences include positions at Old National Investments as a financial advisor, Sensata Technologies as Director of Sales for NA Automotive and other sectors, and Texas Instruments in various marketing and quality management roles. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
