Jeremy Plitt, PE, CEM, LEED AP OM, IDC, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, and project management. Currently serving as an Associate and Operations Phase Services Senior Representative at GHT Limited since August 2017, Jeremy focuses on identifying energy and sustainability projects for building owners and preparing capital expenditure plans for various facility types. Previously, as Director of Design at PEG, Jeremy established vital organizational systems and provided technical oversight for mechanical and electrical designs. At Setty & Associates, roles ranged from Senior Mechanical Engineer to Assistant Project Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects and ensuring compliance with LEED standards. Jeremy's foundational experience includes an internship at Setty & Associates and work as a Technical Drafter at Virginia Tech. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, Jeremy combines strong technical skills with a commitment to sustainable design practices.
