Iain Pickering

Iain Pickering has a strong background in finance and accounting. Iain is currently serving as the Group Finance Director at Gi Group since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Adecco as the Finance Director from April 2018 to February 2023. Iain also served as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (Interim) at Post Office Ltd from July 2017 to March 2018. Before that, they held various roles at Nuffield Health, including Group Financial Controller from February 2016 to May 2017, and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis from April 2012 to February 2016. Iain gained valuable experience at Colt Technology Services, where they worked as a Senior Finance Manager - Data Centre Services from August 2010 to April 2012, Group FP&A Manager from October 2008 to July 2010, and Group Finance Manager from April 2007 to September 2008. Iain began their career as an Assistant Manager in Audit at KPMG UK from January 2005 to March 2007. Iain started their professional journey as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Kingston Smith from August 2001 to December 2004.

Iain Pickering is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, FCA, which they obtained from ICAEW in an unspecified time period. Prior to that, they completed a BA (Hons) in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham from 1997 to 2000.
