Ekta Gurav

Ekta Gurav started their work experience as a Human Resources Intern at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions in 2017. Ekta then moved on to RecruiterLane Services in 2019, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist until 2020. Ekta joined Acxiom Technologies in 2020 as an Executive in Human Resources and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are working at GI Outsourcing, first as a Senior Executive in Human Resources from 2022 to 2023 and now as a Team Lead in Human Resources from 2023 till the present.

Ekta Gurav has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Smt Mithibai Motiram Kundnani College of Commerce and Economics, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. From 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management specializing in Human Resources Management and Services from Welingkar Institute of Management. In 2023, they enrolled in Indira Gandhi National Open University to complete an MBA in Hospitality Management, which is currently ongoing. Lastly, in 2024 to 2025, Ekta attended the Tata Institute of Social Sciences to obtain an EPGDHRM (Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management).
