Daniela Mayol has extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. Daniela currently serves as the Director of RPO Corporate Recruitment at Giant Eagle, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Global Talent Strategies Inc. as the President, offering services such as executive search and recruitment process mapping. Daniela has also held positions at Entertainment One as a Talent Management Consultant and Interim Global Director of Talent Acquisition, where they focused on streamlining recruitment processes and implementing new ATS and onboarding modules. Additionally, they served as the Interim Director of Talent at Travel Edge, where they improved talent acquisition practices and developed an employment branding strategy. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership roles at FCT, Deloitte Canada, The Children's Place, Ross Stores Inc., and Hudson's Bay Company, where they implemented recruitment strategies and managed teams.
Daniela Mayol has a Human Resources Management Diploma from Seneca Polytechnic. Daniela also studied Psychology and Sociology at the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various assessment tools and negotiation through collaboration.
