Eric Zhou

Eric Zhou has worked in the experiential design industry since 2010. In 2010, they were an intern at Rich Brilliant Willing, where they built scale models and prototypes, photographed work, and helped develop designs and assemble presentations. In 2011, they became Senior Production Manager at Patrick Nash Designs, where they directed all fabrication and installation of custom signage, display, scenic, and lighting, as well as providing design and production consultation for clients. In 2014, they started their own business, Eric Zhou Neon Production, where they operated a custom neon production practice, executing large scale neon installations for events, private and commercial spaces. In 2015, they began freelance work as a designer. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Refinery29, Inc. as an Experiential Designer and then a Senior Experiential Designer. In 2022, they began working at Giant Spoon as an Associate Design Director and Invisible North as a Freelance Experiential Designer.

Eric Zhou attended the Rhode Island School of Design from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Furniture Design and Manufacturing.
