Chris Ediger

Chris Ediger has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Chris is the Founder and CEO of Craft Leadership, where they assist craft breweries in developing leaders, high-performing teams, and healthy cultures. Chris has been in this role since August 2014. Additionally, they have worked at GiANT Worldwide, starting as a Senior Consultant in August 2014 and progressing to become the Director of Partners and, most recently, the VP of Customer Success since August 2022. In April 2016, they became the Executive Chairman of Seventy, a full-service administrative solution for the GiANT community. Prior to these roles, Chris worked at GiANT Impact as the Vice President, overseeing the development of various sites and technologies and leading the team responsible for launching Leadercast Now. Chris also served GiANT in various capacities, including leading teams and overseeing content and internal staff management. Chris began their career as an Internet Producer at LifeWay Christian Resources, providing consulting services and managing online aspects for their young adult imprint, Threads. Chris also worked as a Communications Partner at Multiply, where they nurtured customer relationships and provided support for graphics, web design, marketing, and sales campaigns.

Chris obtained a Master's degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree from Southwest Baptist University between 1993 and 1996. Before attending university, they obtained an Associate's degree from Coffeyville Community College between 1991 and 1993. Chris completed their high school education at Field Kindley High School from 1987 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Chris has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they became a Certified GiANT Coach from GiANT Worldwide. Prior to that, in 2019, they obtained the 100X Certified certification from the same institution. In 2018, Chris became an MBTI Certified Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company. Chris also earned the 5 Voices Certified certification from GiANT Worldwide in 2017. Furthermore, in 2016, Chris became an Evernote Certified Consultant from Evernote Corporation.
