Guillaume Duport

Guillaume DUPORT possesses extensive experience in the field of textile engineering and research and development, primarily within the medical and protective apparel sectors. At Gibaud since July 2004, Guillaume has held several prominent positions, including Directeur Conception & Développement DM orthopédiques and R&D Director - Materials and Manufactured Medical Devices, leading a multidisciplinary team and overseeing the harmonization of processes in compliance with ISO13485. Previously, Guillaume served as a Textile Engineer and R&D manager at Europrotect France SA, where innovative functional knitted fabrics were developed for protective apparel. Earlier experience includes a role at Indetex SA, focusing on technical knitted fabrics for sportswear and underwear applications. Educational qualifications include a Textile Engineering degree from ITECH LYON and various certifications in design and chemistry.
