Rita Danylchuk

Rita Danylchuk is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in trusts, estates, and taxation. Currently serving as Counsel at Gibbons P.C. since November 1993, Rita chairs the Trusts and Estates Group and manages all aspects of estate planning and administration, as well as the formation of charitable organizations. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate Attorney at Cullen and Dykman LLP from September 1990 to May 1993, where Rita specialized in corporate and tax law. Rita holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and a BS in Accounting from Boston College.
