Brittany Graman

Brittany Graman, CPTD, has extensive experience in talent development and management, currently serving as Talent Development Manager at Gibson since May 2014. In this role, Brittany partners with department leaders to implement key talent management strategies, develops onboarding plans, and leads campus recruiting initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as Learning and Development Specialist and Team Leader, focusing on training, employee engagement, and performance management. Brittany's career began as a Client Manager and Associate Client Manager, providing quality client service and managing accounts with significant revenue impact. Brittany earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Insurance and Risk Management and Marketing from Indiana State University.
