Miguel Salazar

Miguel Salazar has over 15 years of experience in the employee benefits sector, currently serving as a Principal and Client Executive in the Employee Benefits Practice at Gibson since August 2012. Responsibilities include new business development, consulting on existing employee benefits programs, and implementing new or redesigned initiatives. Prior to this role, Miguel held various leadership positions, including Employee Benefits Manager at 1st Source Insurance and President of Insurance & Benefit Advocates. Early career roles involved management of sales and marketing at Select Health Network and member services at Partners Health Plan of IN, Inc. Miguel holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs with a focus on Health System Administration and Policy from Indiana University South Bend and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Professional Studies/Pre-Med from the University of Notre Dame.
